Our Founder's Story

Sandra Chow, founder of Nail Me, who created the brand in 2009. She opened the first Nail Me branch in a small, upstair shop in Tsim Sha Tsui, where her quest to create quintessential nail salon experience began. The business has expanded to four branches and she also created Nail Me first natural product line along with her sister Theodora.

Being a mother of two children and a boss, Sandra realised a lot of women like her in Hong Kong are super busy and have neglected their own happiness and self-care. She believes that going to nail salon is much more than just getting nails done, it is joyful and a time for customers to relax and enjoy herself for a treat.

That becomes her core value in business and the brand motto "Nourish Me . Nurture Me” truly speaks for her vision. One of the achievement of her business is to see her customers feeling relaxed and happy after they got their nails done beautifully, she wants her customers to enjoy the whole journey and that is why she emphasis on clear price list, comfortable and safe service environment, customers can truly relax when they enjoy their service done.

Sandra also believes in improvement, she has never stopped her search for better, healthier products for her customers and staffs. She believes by taking extra steps, we would be able to raise a higher standard of clean and ethical beauty that not only benefit to us but also good for the environment.
